NOVELTY - Composite current collector, comprises a polymer base film and composite layers arranged on both sides of the polymer base film; where the composite layer includes modified layer disposed on the surface of the polymer base film and metal layer disposed on the surface of the modified layer, the material of the modified layer includes polymer formed by in-situ polymerization of polymerized monomer on the surface of the polymer base film, the polymerized monomer include acrylamide monomers and/or butenoic acid monomers, and the acrylamide monomer is (I-1) or (I-2), and the butenoic acid monomer is (II-1) or (II-2). USE - The composite current collector is useful in electrode for secondary battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite current collector: improves the bonding force between the polymer base film and the metal layer, thus improves the structural stability of the composite current collector. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite current collector, comprises a polymer base film and composite layers arranged on both sides of the polymer base film; where the composite layer includes modified layer disposed on the surface of the polymer base film and metal layer disposed on the surface of the modified layer, the material of the modified layer includes polymer formed by in-situ polymerization of polymerized monomer on the surface of the polymer base film, the polymerized monomer include acrylamide monomers and/or butenoic acid monomers, and the acrylamide monomer is of formula (I-1) or (I-2), and the butenoic acid monomer is of formula (II-1) or (II-2). R1 and R2= H, fluoro, chloro or bromo; R3= H, methyl, hydroxymethyl, ethyl, hydroxyethyl, fluoro, chloro or bromo; R4and R5= H, 1-5 alkyl, phenyl or acrylamide; n, m = 2-10; R6= H, hydroxy, fluoro, chloro or bromo; and R7and R8= H, methyl, hydroxymethyl, fluoro, chloro or bromo. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite current collector.
