NOVELTY - Preparation of porous chitosan film by graphene oxide (GO) stabilized Pickering emulsion comprises adding GO in deionized water, performing emulsifying dispersing treatment, dissolving chitosan solution to GO suspension, adding benzoic acid esters as oil phase, performing dispersion treatment by emulsifier, placing in water bath, casting into film to obtain uncross-linked film, soaking uncross-linked film in dialdehyde solution of ethanol as solvent, holding dialdehyde solution, cross-linking membrane, cleaning cross-linked membrane with ethanol and deionized water and drying film. USE - Method of preparing porous chitosan film by graphene oxide (GO) stabilized Pickering emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environment-friendly and easy to scale and has low equipment requirements, high stability of aqueous solution and uniform porous structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of porous chitosan film by graphene oxide (GO) stabilized Pickering emulsion comprises adding GO in deionized water, performing emulsifying dispersing treatment for 10-60 minutes, dissolving 5-40% w/v chitosan solution to GO suspension at 25-50 degrees C, adding benzoic acid esters as oil phase, performing dispersion treatment by emulsifier for 5-20 minutes, placing in 35-65 degrees C water bath, casting into film for 0.5-2 hours to obtain uncross-linked film, soaking uncross-linked film in 0.5-5 wt.% dialdehyde solution of ethanol as solvent, holding dialdehyde solution at 35-65 degrees C for 2-8 hours, cross-linking membrane, cleaning cross-linked membrane with ethanol and deionized water and drying film. The mass ratio of GO and chitosan is 1:1000-50:1000.
