NOVELTY - Ternary nanomimic enzyme comprises nano-silver particles, cyclodextrin and graphene oxide, where the nano silver and the graphene oxide are adsorbed on the surface of the cyclodextrin to form the ternary nano mimic enzyme with the porous granular structure. USE - Ternary nanomimic enzyme used in detection of environmental water and food (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ternary nanomimic enzyme has stronger visible colorimetric identification capability, realizes ultra-trace mercury in environmental water and commercial fruit juice beverage samples with efficient visual detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing ternary nano mimic enzyme, which involves providing a composition containing cyclodextrin and silver ion buffer solution, adding reducing agent into the buffer solution to make silver ion reducing into nano silver, combining the nano silver with the surface of cyclodextrin to obtain an intermediate product, assembling the Ag-CD and the graphene oxide in an aqueous solution through electrostatic interaction or hydrogen bonds to obtain the ternary nano mimic enzyme.
