NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity graphene heat sink comprises (i) adding graphite oxide into deionized water, adding dispersant, stirring, shaking or ultrasonically processing to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution, (ii) placing polyimide film in a carbonization furnace, filling inert gas and carbonizing, (iii) coating the aqueous graphene oxide solution on the carbonized polyimide film to obtain graphene oxide-polyimide film, (iv) placing the graphene oxide-polyimide film in a graphitization furnace, filling inert gas, subjecting to graphitization and rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conductivity graphene heat sink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat sink has excellent heat dissipation performance and high purity. The method is easy to control.
