NOVELTY - High-strength wear-resistant polypropylene composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-15 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. hydroxyapatite, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-4 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 5-7 pts. wt. wear-resistant agent, 10-12 pts. wt. sodium carbonate and 10-15 pts. wt. modified filler. USE - Used as high-strength wear-resistant polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high strength and abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical property and high practicability and greatly improves the roughness of the surface of the carbon fiber, greatly increases the contact area between the carbon fiber and the polypropylene substrate, improves the interface performance between the pre-treated carbon fiber and improves the mechanical property of the composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for method for preparing composite material, comprising (i) preparing materials, (ii) mixing carbon powder and silicon dioxide, adding ethanol solution to dissolve, ultrasonically dispersing, vacuum drying, vacuum sintering in an argon atmosphere, cooling in the furnace, grinding and crushing, and passing through a 50-mesh sieve to obtain silicon carbide powder; (iii) taking grapheme oxide and calcium nitrate solution, mixing and stirring, adding isopropanol solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain electrolyte, taking carbon fiber as cathode, copper sheet as anode, placing in the electrolyte for electrophoretic deposition, taking out the carbon fiber, de-ionized water ultrasonic cleaning, drying to obtain the pre-treated carbon fiber, taking the pre-treatedcarbon fiber and absolute ethyl alcohol, mixing and stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, adding silane coupling agent, ultrasonically dispersing, reacting under the water bath of 65-75 degrees C, washing and drying to obtain the modified carbon fiber; (iv) taking silicon carbide powder, introducing in N-methyl pyrrolidone solution, introducing in ice water bath, adding 2-bromine isobutyryl bromide under the environment of nitrogen, heating to 60-65 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 18-20 hours, washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, vacuum drying to obtain material A, taking the material A, cuprous bromide and glycidyl methacrylate, oscillating reaction under sealed environment for 1-1.2 hours, reacting at 30-35 degrees C, introducing in the water bath of 60-65 degrees C, allowing to stand for 20-24 hours, centrifuging and filtering, washing and drying to obtain the material B, taking material B, cuprous bromide, methyl acrylate and pentamethyl diethylenetriamine, oscillating reaction under sealed environment, reacting at 30-35 degrees C, allowing to stand, centrifuging and filtering, washing and drying, and placing in sodium hydroxide solution for 20-22 hours to obtain carboxylated silicon carbide; and (v) taking polypropylene, modified carbon fiber and hydroxy apatite, de-ionized water to dissolve, mixing and stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding carboxylated silicon carbide, glass fiber and sodium carbonate solution, stirring and reacting for 20-30 minutes, adding antioxidant, plasticizer, light stabilizer, lubricant and wear-resistant agent, mixing uniformly, drying, introducing in the double-screw extruder, melting and mixing, extruding and moulding.
