▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining graphene thin layer on a polyimide film. The graphene thin layer is scraped off to obtain laser-induced graphene powder. Laser-induced graphene powder, acetylene carbon black and ethyl cellulose are added to mixture of acetone and diacetone alcohol to obtain laser-induced graphene conductive ink. Interdigitated electrode patterns are drawn according to design requirements. Electrode pins of the graphene electrode are connected to a copper foil by conductive silver paste. Polyvinyl alcohol is mixed with water until the polyvinyl alcohol particles are completely melted to a gel state. A gel electrolyte is coated on laser-induced graphite encapsulated on an electrode to obtain a graphene flexible super capacitor. USE - Screen printing based graphene flexible super capacitor preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying capacitor preparation operation, improving safety, environmental protection and yield.
