▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene laminate (1F-1H) has at least one layer graphene film (2) in which carbon atom is covalently bonded, an adhesion layer (3) having physical adhesive force, and a base material (4) provided with predetermined strength. The adhesion layer adheres on a surface of graphene film. The other surface side of graphene film is equipped with base material. USE - Graphene laminate. Uses include but are not limited to transparent electrode, conductive thin film, thermal radiation element, heater element, display element, organic light-emitting diode and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate has excellent handleability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene laminate.
