NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fiber prepreg tube comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide, nano-titanium dioxide, hollow glass micro-bead in water to obtain dispersion liquid, mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, nano titanium dioxide dispersion liquid with the hollow glass microsphere dispersion liquid, adding silane coupling agent, stirring uniformly, adjusting pH to acidity, continuously stirring, heating, adding epoxy resin and amino resin, (ii) soaking the fiber in the modified epoxy resin slurry to form a prepreg, softening the prepreg by the hot roller on the recoiling machine, melting the slurry on the modified epoxy resin on the prepreg, winding the prepreg on the mandrel to form a pipe, (iii) cooling and shaping, taking off the pipe from the coiler, and solidifying, and (iv) taking off the film, coating a layer of uniform modified epoxy resin slurry on the surface of the cured and formed tubular product, heating and melting, cooling and shaping, solidifying and forming. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon fiber prepreg tube. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the mechanical strength of the carbon fiber prepreg tube, wear resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon fiber prepreg tube comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide, nano-titanium dioxide, hollow glass micro-bead in water to obtain dispersion liquid, mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, nano titanium dioxide dispersion liquid with the hollow glass microsphere dispersion liquid, adding silane coupling agent, stirring uniformly, adjusting pH to acidity, continuously stirring, heating, adding epoxy resin and amino resin, and stirring uniformly to obtain the modified epoxy resin slurry, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide, nano titanium dioxide, hollow glass micro-bead, epoxy resin and amino resin is 10-15:6-8:5-6:80-90:80-90:10-20, (ii) soaking the fiber in the modified epoxy resin slurry to form a prepreg, softening the prepreg by the hot roller on the recoiling machine, melting the slurry on the modified epoxy resin on the prepreg, winding the prepreg on the mandrel to form a pipe according to the set thickness, and coating a layer of film on the outermost layer of the prepreg, (iii) cooling and shaping, taking off the pipe from the coiler, and solidifying, and (iv) taking off the film, coating a layer of uniform modified epoxy resin slurry on the surface of the cured and formed tubular product, heating and melting, cooling and shaping, solidifying and forming. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for carbon fiber prepreg tube prepared according to above mentioned method.
