NOVELTY - Preparing metal organic framework-titanium oxide/ graphene quantum dot nano composite photocatalyst involves utilizing purified terephthalic acid and chromium(III) nitrate nonahydrate, through hydrothermal method to obtain MOF, namely MIL-101 (Cr), using ALD atomic layer deposition system, filling titanium oxide in MOF to obtain the titanium oxide nano-composite material metal organic framework-titanium oxide under MOF confinement, using glucose hydrothermal method to prepare graphene quantum dot solution, performing sodium borohydride reduction treatment to the graphene quantum dot solution to obtain the reduced graphene quantum dot solution, and mixing the metal organic framework-titanium oxide with the graphene quantum dot solution after reduction to obtain metal organic framework-titanium oxide/ graphene quantum dot nano composite photocatalyst. USE - Method for preparing metal organic framework-titanium oxide/ graphene quantum dot nano composite photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare metal organic framework-titanium oxide/ graphene quantum dot nano composite photocatalyst with good photo-catalytic activity, and has high specific area, has high density of catalytic activity centre, obviously improves the utilization efficiency of the light.
