▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide modified magnetic bead involves sulfonating porous polystyrene-di-vinyl benzene beads to obtain sulfonated beads. The obtained sulfonated beads are adsorb and selected from ferrous salts, ferric salts or mixtures. The magnetizing the obtained magnetized beads and reacting 1 pts. wt. aminated and silica-coated magnetic beads with 3 pts. wt. graphene oxide. The magnetic bead are coated with silica on coating layer of modified magnetic bead. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide modified magnetic bead (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide modified magnetic bead, which improves magnetic property, suitable for biological medicine and drug discovery, and is process in simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for separating single stranded nucleic acid by using graphene oxide modified magnetic bead, which involves: (A) mixing and incubating a sample containing a nucleic acid and the magnetic beads; (B) separating the nucleic acid-bead complex from the mixture into a magnet; and (C) adding urea to the nucleic acid-bead complex and dissociating the bead to obtain the desired product.
