▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene structure has a graphene layer between two plates, and a surface plasmon polariton (SPP) mode is generated and is 99.99% within a gap between the two plates. The graphene layer is of a particular length. It generates an entanglement of optical and voltage fields. It requires a driving microwave voltage that is less than 10 ??volts. It receives the SPP mode at a particular frequency. It is pumped by an optical pump. An upper and lower SPP sideband are each generated at particular frequencies. USE - Graphene structure for microwave and optical fields. Uses include but are not limited to quantum teleportation, satellite quantum communications, submarine quantum communication, quantum internet, quantum error correction and quantum cryptography. ADVANTAGE - Graphene structure increases against the waveguide length until losses, and achieves negligible overlapping by separates the distance between two electrodes.
