NOVELTY - The infrared radiation detector has a substrate with a hole. A hybrid film is capable of absorbing infrared radiation. The hybrid film comprises single-walled carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide and recovered gold chloride. The electrical contacts are for connecting the hybrid film and the conductive paste used. The conductive paste is a silver paste. The hybrid film has a mass ratio of single-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide reduced gold chloride to the total weight of the film.
