NOVELTY - Epoxy resin composite material comprises bisphenol (A) epoxy resin monomer, 79-89 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator, flame retardant and toughening agent. USE - Epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin composite material has excellent flame retardance and toughness. The flame-retardant toughened resin material realizes synchronous improvement of material toughness and flame retardant performance, effectively makes up the defect of the material single performance improvement mode, and can be applied to the occasion with high toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of epoxy resin composite material, which involves adding 3-7 pts. wt. polysulfone resin to 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and stirring in an oil bath at 120-140℃ for 6-8 hours until completely dissolved, sonicating 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. graphene oxide in the dispersion medium for 1 hour, pouring into the resin system, and stirring at 80-100℃ for 1-3 hours until uniformly mixed and volatilizing the dispersion medium, adding ammonium polyphosphate and DOPO in a certain proportion to the homogeneous mixed solution, stirring at 80-100℃ for 1-2 hours until the mixture is uniform, adding the curing agent of 79-89 pts. wt. and the accelerator of 0.5-2 pts. wt. in turn, and stirring uniformly, putting into a vacuum drying oven at 65-70℃ for about 30minutes to vacuum and defoaming, pouring into a preheated mold coated with an external release agent, heating and solidifying in two stages, and then demolding after natural cooling to obtain the epoxy resin composite material.
