▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of oversized single-layered graphene oxide involves mixing graphite, strong oxidizing agent, template protecting agent and acid in a ratio of 1 g: 2-4 g: 30-50 ml: 2-4 g, reacting at -10 degrees C to 40 degrees C for 1-48 hours, diluting acid with deionized water, removing residual strong oxidizing agent with hydrogen peroxide to obtain bright yellow product and centrifugally washing with water. The acid comprises 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid, concentrated nitric acid, phenolsulfonic acid, phosphoric acid, phosphoric anhydride, dichloroacetic acid, methanesulfonic acid and/or ethylsulfonic acid. USE - Preparation of oversized single-layered graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of oversized single-layered graphene oxide with desired size of more than 400 mu m.
