▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves sieving and centrifuging waste asphalt. Waste asphalt carbonizing process is performed at high temperature to obtain graphene raw materials. Graphene raw material mixing and stirring operations are performed. Nano polyethylene and resin solution is stirred to prepare graphene nano solution. Reactive gas and carbon precursor is introduced. Vapor deposition processing operation is performed to obtained graphene nano- suit. A finished product film is obtained. Finished product film is placed. A capacitor current absorbing layer is arranged with a protective laminated plate. USE - Graphene integrated heating decorative plate manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing graphene integrated heating decorative plate manufacturing process in an effective manner to improve thermal conversion efficiency of graphene, so that waste asphalt circulation operation can be performed with convenient manner, thus reducing graphene preparation cost and improving economic efficiency. The method enables realizing graphene nano solution processing operation to increase domain size of graphene, so that graphene domain boundary can be reduced, thus improving space saturation effect between graphene domains and physicochemical property of the graphene layer, and hence increasing conductivity, stability and far infrared conversion efficiency.
