NOVELTY - The anticorrosion treatment of steel plate involves pre-treating graphite to obtain graphite oxide, and freeze-drying portion of graphite oxide to obtain dried graphite oxide, reducing other portion of graphite oxide to graphene, and freeze-drying to obtain dried graphene, placing dried graphite oxide in phosphate buffer solution, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphite oxide dispersion, placing into an electrodeposition tank, grinding and polishing the steel plate, washing, immersing in graphite oxide dispersion, performing electrodeposition, taking out, and drying. USE - Anticorrosion treatment of steel plate used in marine engineering facility. ADVANTAGE - The method enables anticorrosion treatment of steel plate with improved electrochemical protection ability, improved recovery rate of graphene, and increased content of graphite in coating, by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The anticorrosion treatment of steel plate involves (1) pre-treating graphite by hummer method to obtain graphite oxide, and freeze-drying portion of graphite oxide to obtain dried graphite oxide, reducing other portion of graphite oxide to graphene, and freeze-drying to obtain dried graphene, (2) placing the dried graphite oxide in phosphate buffer solution with pH value of 7-9 according to the ratio of (10-20) mg:100 mL, and ultrasonically dispersing for 2-4 hours to obtain graphite oxide dispersion, placing into an electrodeposition tank, grinding and polishing the steel plate, washing the steel plate using anhydrous ethanol, immersing the cleaned steel plate in the graphite oxide dispersion, providing an electrodeposition tank with a counter electrode and a reference electrode, performing electrodeposition under deposition potential of -0.6 to -1.6 V for 10-30 minutes, taking out the steel plate, and drying, and (3) taking dried graphene, accelerator, polyaniline with molecular weight of 10000-100000, curing agent and defoaming agent according to the mass ratio of (0.1%-0.4%):(80%-88%):(5%-10%):(5%-10%):(0.1-0.5%), ultrasonically processing in 10 times the content of polyaniline in solvent, and stirring at speed of 80-120 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixed solution, coating the mixed solution to the steel plate obtained in step (2), and thermally curing using a spray gun or an oven.
