USE - Manufacture of graphene-polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient manufacture of graphene-polyamide composite material with excellent overall performance, and suppressed generation of aggregate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of graphene-polyamide composite material involves mixing graphite and sodium nitrate, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting the mixture at 5-10 degrees C for 4-12 hours, adding potassium permanganate to the reaction solution, reacting at 60-90 degrees C for 1-4 hours to obtain a graphite oxide suspension, filtering the graphite oxide suspension, adjusting pH of the supernatant to 7-9 using sodium hydroxide, adding a reducing agent, reacting for 2-6 hours to obtain graphene suspension, heat-melting caprolactam, adding the graphene suspension, stirring, adding sodium hydroxide, mechanically stirring, distilling byproduct under reduced pressure, heating the mixture to 130 degrees C, reacting for 0.5 hour, adding toluene diisocyanate, stirring for 30 seconds, pouring the reaction solution into a mold which is preheated to 150-170 degrees C, and polymerizing at 150-170 degrees C for 1-3 hours.
