NOVELTY - The method involves arranging several cone electrodes, substrate and insulating ceramic portion in the quartz tube which is located in the heating furnace. The base is connected with the electric translation stage. Several cone electrodes are connected with the negative high voltage power supply. The substrate material is made of gold, silver, copper, aluminum, iron and stainless steel. USE - Method for manufacturing vertically aligned large-scale graphene used for super capacitor and secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The vertically aligned large-scale graphene can be manufactured easily.
