▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nafion(Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) complex proton exchange membrane modified by conductive polyaniline/graphene oxide, prepared by (a) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in hydrochloric acid, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone under ice-water bath conditions, stirring for 10-40 minutes at 0℃, adding ammonium persulfate, stirring for 30-35 minutes under 0℃, and adding conductive polyaniline under stirring, and reacting for 3-6 hours, filtering reaction product and washing, and vacuum drying, (b) ultrasonically dispersing into aqueous isopropanol solution, and adding perfluorosulfonic acid resin Nafion(Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) to continue ultrasonic dispersion for 30-40 minutes, adding cuprous bromide, concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and reacting in hydrothermal reactor, washing with deionized water, casting obtained film casting solution into film, and vacuum drying. USE - The conductive polyaniline/graphene oxide modified Nafion (Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) complex proton exchange membrane is useful in methanol fuel cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive polyaniline/graphene oxide modified Nafioncomplex proton exchange membrane can effectively solve the problem of poor selectivity of Nafionfilm in the prior art, strengthening the proton conduction capability.
