▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide material and its preparation method are claimed. The material is prepared by (a) adding 0.2-0.4 g graphene oxide to 400-800 ml water, ultrasonically processing for 1-3 hours to obtain a suspension, (b) adjusting the pH of the suspension to 1-4, (c) adding 2-4 ml 5.9 mM aqueous solution of manganese sulfate to the suspension, stirring uniformly, adding 8-16 ml 35 mM hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution and stirring well, (d) irradiating the solution prepared for 1-4 days under UV light radiation having wavelength of 185 nm, washing with 200 ml water repeatedly 3 times and obtaining the crude product by suction filtration, and (e) drying the crude product in a vacuum drying oven at 200 degrees C for 3 hours. USE - The material is used for preparing a solid state laser (claimed) and as potential optoelectronic material. ADVANTAGE - The material is prepared by a simple method and has excellent photoelectric performance.
