NOVELTY - Multi-component wound repairing hemostatic dressing based on polymeric amino acid is prepared by adding 15 pts. wt. polyglutamic acid into 300-400 pts. wt. solvent, maintaining the temperature at 20-40degrees Celsius, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding 5-9 pts. wt. condensing agent and 7-10 pts. wt. N-hydroxyl succinimide, and stirring for 0.5-3 hours, adding 15-20 pts. wt. carboxymethyl chitosan and 20-25 pts. wt. octadecyl amine, raising the temperature to 45-75degrees Celsius and stirring and reacting for 6-24 hours, dialyzing for 24-72 hours with dialysis bag with a molecular weight of 3500, freeze-drying to obtain gel freeze-dry powder, dissolving the frozen powder obtained gel in 900-1000 pts. wt. deionized water, raising temperature to 20 to 40degrees Celsius, stirring and dispersing for 10 to 30 minutes, adding 0.5 to 2 parts of graphene oxide, stirring for 5 to 15 minutes, adding the polyglutamic acid cross-linked modified carboxymethyl chitosan obtained.
