NOVELTY - A wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant solvent-free anticorrosion coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt., preferably 45-55 pts. wt. 906 resin, 20-30 pts. wt., preferably 25-28 pts. wt. polyester, 2-10 pts. wt., preferably 5-8 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 12-18 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 1-3 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 0.5-2 pts. wt., preferably 1-2 pts. wt. imidazole, 0.5-2 pts. wt., preferably 1-2 pts. wt. sericite, 0.1-1 pt. wt., preferably 0.5-1 pt. wt. benzoin, and 0.1-1 pt. wt., preferably 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene. USE - Wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant solvent-free anticorrosion coating is used for pipelines, which are main equipment for fluid medium conveyance, especially for crude oil, natural gas, and water. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant solvent-free anticorrosion coating has excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, hardness, acid resistance, surface smoothness, and drag reduction performance, increases the flow speed of the conveyed liquid, and prolongs the service life of the pipe.
