NOVELTY - Cable rubber sheath material comprises 85-100 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate-graphene masterbatch rubber, 5-20 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-10 pts. wt. low temperature modifier, 5-10 pts. wt. low-temperature plasticizer, 40-80 pts. wt. phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant, 15-30 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, and 3-5 pts. wt. vulcanized system additives. USE - Used as cable rubber sheath material. ADVANTAGE - The sheath material is halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant, fuel-resistant, mineral-resistant, low-temperature resistant (temperature is 40-90 degrees C) and high mechanical properties, and meets the requirements for working conditions of locomotive cables. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the sheath material, comprising (i) placing ethylene vinyl acetate-graphite alkene rubber master batch; (ii) adding ethylene-vinyl acetate-graphene masterbatch rubber and nitrile rubber, maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, low temperature modifier, low-temperature plasticizer, phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant, reinforcing agent and anti-aging agent into an internal mixer and mixing by internal mixer to form the glue material and milling and further mixing; (iii) adding mixed mixing rubber material on the filtering machine to filter; (iv) placing filtered rubber material on the rolling machine, cooling and placing at 24 degrees C; (v) adding glue material into internal mixer for mixing; (vi) transferring the compound in step (v) to the mill, adding a vulcanization system additive, performing mixing treatment by an open mill; and (vii) obtaining the rubber compound by mixing open mill and discharging on a calendar and cooling.
