▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An antistatic melt-spun spandex slice comprises 10-50 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 1-30 pts. wt. small molecular chain extender, 0.5-5 pts. wt. functionalized graphene oxide and 40-80 pts. wt. polyol. USE - The antistatic melt-spun spandex slice is useful for sportswear, swimsuits, high elastic socks, underwear and medical bandages. ADVANTAGE - The melt-spun spandex slice has high antistatic performance by directly adding functionalized graphene oxide in the production of slice, and excellent elastic recovery rate and elongation at break. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the antistatic melt-spun spandex slice, which involves: (1) adding functionalized graphene oxide to polyol, and evenly dispersing to obtain polyol containing functionalized graphene oxide; (2) heating diisocyanate to 60-100°C; (3) heating small molecular chain extender to 60-100°C; and (4) mixing materials obtained in steps (1,2,3), subjecting to two-stage twin-screw melt polymerization, and performing underwater granulation.
