NOVELTY - A device comprises a first reaction cavity (13) and a second reaction cavity (22) placed side by side. The first reaction cavity is provided with a first copper electrode plate (14) and a second copper electrode plate (15) with the same structure. The first copper electrode plate and the second copper electrode plate are filled with mixed powder of metal and carbon. The second reaction cavity is provided with a third copper electrode plate (20) and a fourth copper electrode plate (21) with the same structure. Each copper electrode plate is respectively connected with an electric telescopic rod corresponding to each other. The top and the bottom of the first reaction cavity and the second reaction cavity are openings. The top and bottom openings are respectively connected to a movable cover through a polished rod screw nut mechanism, which drives the top or bottom movable cover to open or close the opening. USE - A device for preparing graphene load nano metal particles by pulse discharge flash. ADVANTAGE - The device and method achieves high efficiency, high yield and industrialized production.
