USE - Application of RGO-Ce/WO3 nanometre modified CF material used as cathode in degradation of ciprofloxacin. ADVANTAGE - The method uses reduced graphene oxide instead of carbon black, and does not use the binder PTFE, which can prevent the increase of the electron transfer resistance and the coverage of the exposed active sites on the surface.
