NOVELTY - The method involves determining metal grid design parameters of graphene. A metal grid structure is formed on a transparent insulating flexible substrate. The graphene is grown by CVD process. The graphene is mixed with a metal grid of the transparent insulating flexible substrate. The metal grid design parameters are contained with metal material type, metal line width and metal grid duty ratio data, where the metal material is selected from one of gold (Au), silver (Ag), copper (Cu), aluminum (Al) or nickel (Ni) material. USE - Grid metal-graphene transparent electrode manufacturing method for manufacture of a touch screen. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively reducing formation of graphene oxide by adjusting size of the metal grid according to metal grid structure material so as to improve photo-electric performance of a metal grid-graphene transparent electrode. The method enables avoiding generation of toxic gas, preventing environment from being polluted and improving photoelectric properties and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The transparent insulating flexible substrate is made of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, polycarbonate, PVC, quartz or polyethylene. The method enable utilizing a carbon source such as gaseous carbon source, liquid carbon source or solid carbon source, where the gaseous carbon source is methane, ethylene or acetylene, the liquid carbon source is benzene, and the solid carbon source is polystyrene, PMMA. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a touch screen using a grid metal-graphene transparent electrode.
