NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene involves uniformly mixing graphite and polar functional group-containing substance in mass ratio of 1:0.1-50 at (-10) degrees C to 20 degrees C, reacting at predetermined reaction temperature for reaction time by single-step reaction or multi-step reaction, grafting polar functional group of the substance to graphite, removing unreacted raw material and/or impurities generated by the reaction, drying, crushing, placing obtained powdered graphite under protective gas, and heating, to obtain modified graphene containing 0.01-50% polar functional group. USE - Preparation of modified graphene (claimed).
