▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing substrate, involves growing graphene film on growth substrate (10); setting viscose layer on surface of graphene film far away from growth substrate to remove growth substrate; using water or cleaning organic solvent to combine the substrate and graphene film; and removing second composite structure. There the second complex structure includes substrate, graphene membrane and viscose layers. The graphene membrane is located between viscosity layer and substrate. The substrate is located on substrate to form fold near each bump. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene used in super capacitor, lithium ion battery, solar battery and catalyst carrier, and used in other energy device.and ADVANTAGE - The graphene with composite structure of graphene is simple, and has low cost and energy consumption. The graphene film is formed on the substrate, and the graphene film forms a fold near each bump, so that the graphene belt composite structure comprises a set of graphene orderly, thus the method is simple and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of nano-belt graphene structure; and (2) composite structure of graphene.
