NOVELTY - The invention relates to a three-dimensional microstructure of graphene oxide and a manufacturing method thereof. It comprises the steps of adding a light-reactant into a graphene oxide solution, wherein the light-reactant is used as a photoactivator in a nonlinear optical method; utilizing beams emitted from an excitation module to excite the photoactivator of the graphene oxide solution to produce singlet oxygen with high activity; and activating graphene oxide by the singlet oxygen so that the graphene oxide is connected to another graphene oxide through unpaired electrons, and they are covalently bonded to form a three-dimensional microstructure of graphene oxide. By the nonlinear optical technology of an ultrafast laser processing system, the invention effectively makes a two-dimensional structure of graphene oxide to form a three-dimensional microstructure of graphene oxide by mutual crosslinks and covalently bonding, and it can be applied to the development of various electronic and optical components.
