▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modified bubbling transfer method involves locating positive and negative electrodes in the electrolyte solution, and locating a non conductive transfer cloth between the two electrodes. The direct current (DC) power supply is switched to begin the electrochemical delamination process, and the second stack of transfer film (130) and upper graphene film (120) are lifted. The lift up third stack, first graphene film, and transfer cloth are dipped into de-ionized water to remove electrolyte residue, and the third stack is dried to remove the de-ionized water for final package. USE - Modified bubbling transfer method for graphene delamination. ADVANTAGE - Prevents the graphene layer scratch or damage since the transfer cloth is applied to separate the positive and negative electrodes. Removes the new generated bubble and aids the delamination process without causing graphene loss or film break since the proper ultrasonic treatment can apply the bubbling transfer set-up. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of the step of coating transfer material. Copper foil (110) Upper graphene film (120) Transfer film (130)
