▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of radial porous graphene composite beads involves uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in a polymer solution to obtain a graphene oxide suspension, adding the graphene oxide suspension into a receiving liquid in a cryogenic freezing bath to obtain crystalline composite beads, freeze-drying the crystalline composite beads to obtain graphene oxide/polymer composite beads, crosslinking the composite beads using a crosslinking agent solution, and reducing the composite beads using a liquid phase or a vapor phase reducing agent. USE - Manufacture of radial porous graphene composite beads used for adsorbing diazepam, vitamin B12, beta 2-microglobulin, interleukin, tumor necrosis factor, parathyroid hormone and hepatitis B virus (all claimed) and used as adsorbent in hemoperfusion therapy. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite beads have excellent mechanical strength and adsorption characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage of the graphene composite beads in adsorption of diazepam, vitamin B12, beta 2-microglobulin, interleukin, tumor necrosis factor, parathyroid hormone and hepatitis B virus.
