▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene composite interior wall paint comprises 10-30 pts. wt. inorganic binder, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. nano titanium-dioxide, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. multifunctional additives, 10-40 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.05-1 pt. wt. bactericide, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.05-1 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.05-1 pt. wt. thickener, 0.05-1 pt. wt. rheology additives and 30-55 pts. wt. color fillers. USE - Graphene composite interior wall paint. ADVANTAGE - The interior wall paint has a three-dimensional graphene porous structure, which can improve the adsorption, degradation and sterilization effects with respect to harmful indoor gases, and has excellent bactericidal effect, adhesion, and scrub resistance, no free formaldehyde, and is safe and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of graphene composite interior wall paint, which involves (1) weighing all the raw materials of the graphene composite interior wall paint for use, (2) putting the inorganic binder into the paint mixing tank (I), heating up to 35-45 degrees C, stirring at a speed of 300-800 rpm to a uniform state, and obtaining the inorganic binder material for use, then sequentially adding deionized water, nano-titanium dioxide, multifunctional additives, bactericide, defoamer, dispersant and thickener into the paint mixing tank (II), and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 10-20 minutes, then adding pigments and fillers into the paint mixing tank (II), stirring at 1200-1500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, then adding graphene and stirring until fully dissolved, and measuring the fineness of the paint slurry D50 less than or equal to 50 mu m, (3) adding the inorganic bonding material in the paint mixing tank (I) to the paint mixing tank (II), stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 5-10 minutes, adding rheological additives, and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 5-10 minutes, measuring the initial viscosity, and adjusting the viscosity to a Stormer viscometer 90-100 KU at 25 degrees C by using a rheological additive, according to the initial viscosity.
