NOVELTY - The device (1) has an electric power generating unit (100) which is provided with a triboelectric layer having a triboelectric material. A graphene layer is arranged between the triboelectric layer and a polyester layer. A holder (200,201) is provided with an uneven surface for receiving a portion of the electric power generating unit, when the electric power generating unit is deformed. A friction unit (400) is arranged facing the electric power generating unit and the uneven surface of the holder. The friction unit is configured to deform the electric power generating unit. USE - Graphene triboelectric charging device used as precast pavers on roadside and sidewalk for generating electricity. ADVANTAGE - Since electric power generating unit is provided in the graphene triboelectric charging device, the pollution-free environment can be ensured.
