▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion-resistant coating comprises (i) adding graphene into the barium hydroxide pretreatment solution and stirring for at least 30 minutes, adding boric acid solution dropwise under ultrasonic agitation, reacting at 30-50 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, aging, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain amorphous nano-barium metaborate powder, calcining amorphous nano-barium metaborate powder at 400-600 degrees C for at least 1 hour to obtain graphene-supported barium metaborate powder, (ii) placing graphene-supported barium metaborate powder, epoxy resin and reinforcing powder in grinder until all the powder passes through 200 mesh sieve to obtain mixture for use, and (iii) adding mixture into the organic solvent and stirring for at least 30 minutes, adding coupling agent and defoaming agent and stirring for at least 10 minutes, performing ultrasonic dispersion for at least 10 minutes, and defoaming in vacuum. USE - The corrosion-resistant coating is useful in buried plastic pipes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The corrosion-resistant coating has excellent corrosion resistance and salt-alkali resistance; solves problems that buried plastic pipes in saline-alkali areas, and coastal tidal areas in prior art have short service life and are easily eroded by saline-alkali, and exhibits synergistic effect.
