NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous phase shearing peeling graphene comprises: (i) carrying out chemical oxidation intercalation process or electrochemical intercalation process of raw material graphite by adding intercalation agent between the graphite layers to obtain graphite intercalation compound and stripping; (ii) adding the graphite intercalation compound and active substance into water, shearing to obtain peeled graphene suspension or dispersion; and (iii) carrying out solid-liquid separation of graphene suspension or dispersion by centrifugation or filter screen filtration. USE - The graphene sheets are useful in energy storage and conversion process, catalysis process, paint and conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes economical reagents, consumes less energy, is non-polluting and highly efficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aqueous phase shearing peeling graphene comprises: (i) carrying out chemical oxidation intercalation process or electrochemical intercalation process of raw material graphite by adding intercalation agent between the graphite layers to obtain graphite intercalation compound and carrying out stripping process, where the intercalation agent includes sulfuric acid, nitric acid, perchloric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, potassium dichromate, ferric trichloride, chromium trioxide, ammonium persulfate, formic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, bromine, chlorine, iodine chloride, iodine bromide, ozone and/or oxygen; (ii) adding the graphite intercalation compound and active substance into water, shearing for 10 minutes to 20 hours to obtain peeled graphene suspension or dispersion, where the amount of active substance is 0.01-10 times to the amount of raw material, and the amount of water is 5-1000 times to the amount of raw material; and (iii) carrying out solid-liquid separation of graphene suspension or dispersion by centrifugation or filter screen (cloth) filtration to obtain graphene paste or filter cake.
