NOVELTY - Filling granulation used for extrusion molding involves selecting raw material, adding raw material to mixer for mixing to obtain first-level particle mixture, adding first-level particle mixture into twin-screw extruder, opening mixer or internal mixer, controlling the temperature between the melting point and softening temperature of the powder binder to sheet-shaped, cluster-shaped or block-shaped composite modified filling material, adding the composite modified filling material to the granulator for granulation treatment to obtain the secondary granular material with an average particle size of 100 micrometer-5 millimeter and a spherical, ellipsoidal, worm-like or irregular shape. USE - Method of filling granulation used for extrusion molding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has improve the fluidity and uniformity of the material, avoids clamping phenomenon, avoids the hole of the electrode film and the wave coil problem, realizes uniform and controllable thickness and surface density, and improves the electrode film quality of the extrusion forming mode.
