NOVELTY - The method involves adding silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, and nano-thorium dioxide into high-speed mixer so as to mix and react at temperature of 150 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Molybdenum dialkyl dithiophosphate and zinc dialkyly dithophosphate are mixed for 30 minutes, which is then extruded and granulated at 180 degree Celsius via a double-screw extruder, and are crushed to obtain wearable powder. An anti-corrosion agent is prepared, and the crushed particles, resin, fluorinated silicone rubber, triethanolamine, and water are ball milled to obtain antifreeze. The borate powder, graphene, ethanol, dispersant, wear-resistant powder, and antifreze are mixed to a reaction kettle, and the mixture material is added to granulator to obtain granulated powder that is placed in mold to obtain bullet-proof plug board. USE - Method for preparing boron carbide single board composite used in bullet-proof armor and bullet-proof plug board. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare boron carbide single-soldier plug board composite having excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and service life, and avoids flashboard abrasion by self-made anti-erosion agent combined with preparation flashboard material, thus improving the service life of the flashboard.
