NOVELTY - A ceramic capacitor (100) comprises dielectric nanocrystal array layer (1), lower electrode (2) and upper electrode (3) arranged opposite to each other across the dielectric nanocrystal array layer and an inorganic two-dimensional material layer (4) arranged between the upper electrode and the dielectric nanocrystal array layer. USE - Ceramic capacitor used in electronic device such as smartphones, automobiles and industrial equipment. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic capacitor has excellent capacity, reduced thickness and helps to prevent intrusion of an electrode material into a gap between the nanocrystals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of ceramic capacitor, which involves forming dielectric nanocrystal array layer on the lower electrode, forming inorganic two-dimensional material layer on the dielectric nanocrystal array layer and forming the upper electrode on the inorganic two-dimensional material layer.
