▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A mixed solution is prepared by mixing organic solvent(s) (a) chosen from graphene oxide, benzaldehyde and 1-6C aldehyde, and organic solvent(s) (b) chosen from 1-6C alcohol and distilled water. The obtained mixture is heat-treated, filtered and graphene oxide is reduced. The filtrate is then separated, and further heat-treated to obtain fluorescent carbon nanoparticles. USE - Simultaneous preparation of reduced graphene oxide and fluorescent carbon nanoparticles used for supercapacitor, high molecular composite, fluorescence nanofiber and fluorescence nanofilm (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides reduced graphene oxide and fluorescent carbon nanoparticles having excellent conductivity, productivity, quantum yield and electrical property.
