NOVELTY - The preparation of packaging material involves adding ethanol to magnetic stirrer, adding fluorocarbon resin, starting magnetic stirrer, stirring at 85-95 degrees C and speed of 115-125 rpm for 15-25 minutes, adding graphene oxide and non-ionic surfactant, stirring for 25-35 minutes, adding silane coupling agent KH560 (RTM: ( gamma )-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), nano-silica microsphere emulsion and N-methylpyrrolidone, heating at 155-175 rpm, stirring for 15-25 minutes, cooling to room temperature, ultrasonically dispersing reaction solution, centrifuging for 2-3 times, suction filtering, drying to obtain active fluorocarbon resin prepolymer, adding active fluorocarbon resin prepolymer and epoxy resin to stirrer, adding absolute ethanol, stirring at 155-175 rpm for 15-25 minutes, adding anti-corrosion enhancer and silane coupling agent KH550 (RTM: ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), stirring, refluxing at 65-75 degrees C for 2 hours and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of corrosion-resistant packaging material for lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of corrosion-resistant lithium battery packaging material by simple process.
