▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silica microsphere/graphene/chitosan composite lead ion imprinted hydrogel, comprises (1) preparing silica hollow microspheres and chitosan-grafted polyacrylic acid respectively, (2) soaking graphene in mixed solution of sulfuric acid and nitric acid to obtain carboxylated graphene, (3) dissolving the chitosan-grafted polyacrylic acid in distilled water, adding lead nitrate, silica hollow microspheres and carboxylated graphene, dispersing uniformly, reacting at 60 °C, and subjecting the obtained product to cross-linking reaction with mixed aqueous solution of glutaraldehyde and thiourea to obtain precursor, and (4) washing the precursor with hydrochloric acid to remove template lead ions to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing silica microsphere/graphene/chitosan composite lead ion imprinted hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The composite lead ion imprinted hydrogel has porosity and specific surface area of 91.1% and 20.1 m2/g respectively, maximum adsorption capacity of 88.9 mg/g, imprinting factor of 2.55 and selectivity factor for lead(II)/copper(II) ions of 2.91. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for silica microsphere/graphene/chitosan composite lead ion imprinted hydrogel prepared by the above method.
