NOVELTY - Preparing a freely bendable wear-resistant and weather-resistant halogen-free low-smoke cable material comprises (1) using thionyl chloride to modify graphene oxide to obtain acyl chloride graphene, (2) uniformly mixing dimethylacetamide, acyl chloride graphene, lysine, and pyridine and reacting, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain lysine-modified graphene, (3) uniformly mixing organic solvent, lysine modified graphene, bisaminophosphaphenanthrene derivative, 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride, 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and triethylamine and reacting, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain flame retardant-modified graphene, (4) mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyetherimide, rubber elastomer, flame retardant modified graphene, anti-aging agent, antioxidant, and lubricant, melting, blending, and extruding to obtain to obtain a freely bendable wear-resistant and weather-resistant halogen-free low-smoke cable material. USE - The method is useful for preparing a freely bendable wear-resistant and weather-resistant halogen-free low-smoke cable material, which is used in robot (claimed). Can be used in the field of cable technology. ADVANTAGE - The halogen-free low-smoke cable material has excellent comprehensive performance, excellent bending resistance, and flame retardant property and adopts flame-retardant component that does not contain halogens, which are green and environmentally friendly.
