▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing piezoresistive fiber involves (i) dispersing carboxylated conductive filler in thermoplastic polyurethane solution, and adding aqueous ammonia to obtain spinning solution, (ii) extruding the spinning solution in a coagulation bath containing a metal precursor by wet spinning and leaving still for at least 30 minutes to obtain a metal ion-loaded fiber, (iii) drying the metal ion-loaded fiber to obtain a metal ion-loaded porous composite fiber, and (iv) reducing the porous composite fiber loaded with metal ions to reduce the metal ions into metal nanoparticles, washing and drying to obtain porous product. USE - The method is useful for preparing piezoresistive fiber for electronic textile and smart wearable device (claimed) in health monitoring, human-computer interaction, intelligent robots, electromagnetic shielding and thermoelectric material application. ADVANTAGE - The fiber exhibits high conductivity, high stretchability, high response to compression deformation, high pore density, adjustable pore size distribution and conductivity, and is highly stable and highly sensitive. The method is simple and easy to implement, and realizes large-scale production.
