NOVELTY - A platinum-transition metal oxide-graphene three-element composite catalyst comprises transition metal oxide-graphene oxide, molybdenum salt and transition metal oxide-graphene oxide binary composite, with ratio of molybdenum transition metal oxide and graphene oxide binary compound of 1:40-40:1, and transition metal oxide and graphene oxide mass ratio of 1:10-10. USE - Platinum-transition metal oxide-graphene ternary composite catalyst used catalyzing organic reaction and fuel cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the catalyst comprising ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in water, adding transition metal salt solution to dispersing system, stirring and reacting completely; centrifuging reactant, separating solid product, washing with deionized water, and drying by spraying continuously to obtain transition metal oxide-oxidized graphite alkene compound; setting in water and in mixed solution of glycol, adding nitric acid dispersing system molybdenum solution, uniformly mixing, and placing in hot stillage; and centrifuging reactant, separating solid product, washing with deionized water, drying by spraying to obtain molybdenum-transition metal oxide-graphene three-element composite catalyst.
