NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene modified self-lubricating wear-resistant coating comprises mixing graphene and tungsten carbide-cobalt spray powder in the liquid medium ball mill, mixing at speed of 3-6 revolutions/second for 10-20 hours, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at frequency of 5-10 Hz for 2-5 hours and drying at 40-70 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain spray powder with particle size of 25-45 mu m. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified self-lubricating wear-resistant coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has high bonding strength and hardness, improved service life and good self-lubricating and anti-wear property.
