▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Steel structure surface thermal insulation and anti-corrosion coating comprises 30-60 pts. wt. modified composite silica aerogel, 80-100 pts. wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder and 5-15 pts. wt. curing agent. The amino groups are attached to the surface of the modified composite silicon aerogel. USE - The steel structure surface thermal insulation and anti-corrosion coating is used for building material. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent corrosion resistance, heat insulation effect and hydrophobic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing steel structure surface thermal insulation and anti-corrosion coating comprising (a) dispersing the graphene oxide powder evenly in the water solvent, adding modified bisphenol A type epoxy resin and the modified composite silicon aerogel, stirring, uniformly dispersing graphene oxide powder in the gap of the network structure of bisphenol A type epoxy resin and modified composite silicon aerogel, bonding the amino group of the modified composite silicon aerogel with the hydroxy group on the bisphenol A type epoxy resin to obtain the first precursor and (b) uniformly mixing the first precursor and the curing agent, heating to 70-90℃ for 1-2 hours and then heating to 110-130℃ for 1-2 hours to obtain the coating.
