NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene comprises disposing graphite oxide powder or graphene oxide powder in the laser irradiation area, irradiating the laser to the graphite oxide powder or the graphene oxide powder at a laser power intensity of 30-150 W/mm2and recovering the graphene powder generated by the irradiation of the laser. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method increases graphene manufacturing efficiency by including a recovery unit for separating graphite oxide or graphene oxide that has not been graphene after laser irradiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene, comprising disposing graphite oxide powder or graphene oxide powder on one side of the moving surface to which the laser is irradiated to the central portion, moving the graphite oxide powder or the graphene oxide powder from one side of the moving surface to the other side at a predetermined speed, irradiating the laser at a predetermined intensity per unit area to the graphite oxide powder or the graphene oxide powder moving along the moving surface, and recovering graphene powder generated by the laser irradiation.
