NOVELTY - Transferring graphene comprises growing a graphene layer on the first substrate, forming a water-soluble support layer on the graphene layer, forming a coating layer on the water-soluble support layer, attaching a heat release tape on the coating layer, separating the graphene layer, the water-soluble support layer, the coating layer, and the heat release tape from the first substrate, transferring the separated graphene layer, the water-soluble support layer, the coating layer, and the heat release tape to a second substrate, and removing the water-soluble support layer, the coating layer, and the heat release tape from the second substrate. USE - The method is useful for transferring grapheme. ADVANTAGE - The method: achieves large-area, and high-quality; prevents salt and does not require additional processing; is simple; and prevents contamination.
