NOVELTY - A biological polyamine modified graphene adsorbent material comprises 1 pt. wt. graphite powder, 5-50 pts. wt. inorganic acid, 30-100 pts. wt. strong oxidizing substance, 5-20 pts. wt. biological polyamine, and 0.3-1 pt. wt. 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide. USE - A biological polyamine modified graphene adsorbent material for preparing phenol absorption composition used for cigarette (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Biological polyamine modified graphene adsorbent material improves harmful substance removal efficiency in cigarette smoke and has small use amount and high efficiency, and use is simple and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of biological polyamine modified graphene adsorbent material which involves adding graphite powder to reactor, adding inorganic acid and water, stirring, sonicating for 12-36 hours, heating to 45-60 degrees C, reacting for 3-6 hours, filtering reaction suspension with microporous membrane, washing until filtrate is neutral to obtain purified graphite powder, adding strong oxidizing substance, adding water, stirring, heating to 50-120 degrees C, reacting and refluxing for 8-24 hours, filtering with microporous membrane to obtain carboxylated graphene crude product, washing until neutral, washing 3-5 times with anhydrous ethanol, vacuum drying at 40-60 degrees C for 36-48 hours to obtain purified carboxylated graphene oxide, adding 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide, reacting at 25-50 degrees C for 24-48 hours, filtering with microporous membrane to obtain crude product, washing until neutral, washing with anhydrous ethanol 3-5 times, and vacuum drying at 40-60 degrees C for 36-48 hours; and (2) preparation of phenol absorption composition which involves adding biological polyamine modified graphene adsorbent material to double distilled water, ultrasonically dispersing in ice bath for 30 minutes to obtain 0.5-2 mg/ml adsorbent material dispersion, adding 0.5-4 mg dispersion to cigarette containing 0.75-0.85 g cellulose acetate filter tip, drying at 80 degrees C for 50 minutes, and balancing for 48 hours to obtain composite adsorbent material filter cigarette sample.
